Bicol Holiday

I was invited to travel to Albay, located in the Bicol Region of the Philippines. A group of us organised a van and driver and began the 7-8 hour drive from Manila in the early hours of Friday, the 29th of January.

This being the Philippines, we stopped for Jollibee during the road trip. I had my Jollibee dish, the Jolly Spaghetti (spaghetti noodles, ground meat, sliced hot dogs, and a sweet sauce made from banana ketchup).
